As per General Assembly decision of 22 September our Statutes have been amended.

The articles of association and subsequent amendments are laid down in the Statutes/By Laws as per notarial acts; and are recorded in the Register of Associations at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Amsterdam, as of 27 June 2002 with registration number 3417862.

The below posted current “Statuten” are in the Dutch language, obligatory by Dutch law.
